How it works:
- Add the Nibble button underneath “add to cart” on your product detail page (PDP) for the products you want.
- When the user clicks the Nibble button, the chatbot opens, they have a cheeky negotiation with the bot
- If a price is agreed, the user adds the item to their cart, and checkout is unchanged
- To make it work, the retailer enters a “target discount” (the discount they are trying to achieve) and a “walkaway” price (the amount they will not sell the item below).
- You set the products you are prepared to discount, and only then the button will appear. The bot and algorithm do the rest.
