What is Bulk Price Changer + Scheduler?
Bulk Price Changer + Scheduler is a Shopify App that can be used to easily change the price (and compare at price) of many products at the same time.
Why should I use it?
Changing the prices for a large amount of products is tedious and time consuming. Bulk Price Changer + Scheduler simplifies this process and allows you to spend more time on the important parts of running your business.
How does it work?
The app allows you to run, schedule, and revert price change jobs. You can set jobs to change product prices using several different methods (addition, percentage, etc), and can use filters to ensure that the price changes only affect the products that you want to target.
What price change methods can I use?
- Change the price (or compare at price) of all products to a certain value (eg change the price of all products to $20.00)
- Change the price (or compare at price) of all products by a certain value (eg a flat price drop of $2.00 or flat price increase of $5.00)
- Change the price (or compare at price) of all products by a certain percentage (eg a price drop of 10% or a price increase of 12%).
- Change the price to a new value relative to the compare at price (eg set the price to be $2.00 less or 14% less than the current compare at price).
- Change the compare at price to a new value relative to the price (eg set the compare at price to be $2.00 more or 14% more than the current price).
- Remove or add compare at prices to products
You can change both the price and the compare at price in a single price change job. If you wanted to advertise a sale, for example, you could drop the price of all products by 10% and set the new compare at price to be the product's pre-sale price.
How can I set the price change job to only affect products that I want to target?
You can create filters using the following:
- Specific product
- Collection
- Tag
- Vendor
- Product type
You can even combine filters. For example, you could target all products that are tagged as "Shoes" or tagged as "Footwear". Or you could create a filter that targets all products that are tagged as "Shoes" and have a vendor of "Burberry". The possibilities are endless!
Can I preview my changes before I run the price change job?
Yes! Bulk Price Changer + Scheduler gives you a preview window that shows exactly which products will be affected and how their price will be changed.
Can I schedule my price change jobs for a future date?
Yes! You can select the exact time and date that the price change runs at, and if you want to revert the price to its original value at a later time, you can schedule that too.
Do I need to make any code changes to install the app?
Nope! The app installs automatically with a single click.
