Bring Relevance and Focus to your Collections
Getting your collections right is important as visitors will spend limited time on your store. Collection Creator is an app that can save lots of your time when you want to create / maintain your collections.
1. Create collections
You can create collections in various ways and also determine when to auto-update the collections.
You have following options:
- It can update collections: Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, Every 2, 4, 8, and 12 hours
- Hide out-of-stock products
You have two ways of creating / updating collections.
1) Advanced collections with multiple conditions
Products matching multiple conditions can be added to collections
Each condition has 24 different options:
- Revenue, Products sold, Buy to view, Cart to view, Add to carts, Views, Net revenue
- Discount amount, Discount %, Product price, Compare at price
- Created date, Published date, Restocked date, New inventory added date
- Product tag, Product title, Product type, Product vendor
- Inventory stock, Variant inventory, Variant title, Weight
- Random
For instance, you can create and update a collection such as "Best Sellers with Discount > 0" so that you can promote the collection.
2) Pre-defined collections
Create and update collections (16 different collection types):
- Best sellling, Highest revenue, Highest net revenue, Worst selling
- Back in Stock, New inventory added
- Highest add to carts, Most views, Highest buy to view, Highest cart to view
- Randomly, Highest discount
- Newest and Oldest (Created Date)
- Newest and Oldest (Published Date)
Additional update options:
- Select the number of products to add
For example, you can create "New Arrivals" with 100 products. It will look at newly published products and add 100 new products to the collection automatically. No more manual updates.
2. Duplicate collections and Update rules for existing automated collections
You can duplicate a collection while keeping the sort orders. It will copy "Description, Rules, Liquid template, and Image" as well. (* We cannot keep the order of the products if it's an automated collection with manual sort type)
Also, you can edit rules of automated collections and see what products will be added with the change.
3. Gain Insight on what collections are performing the best
In Dashboard, you can discover trends over the last 90 days for the top 5 collections. Also, in Analytics, you have a direct look at the collections working best for you. See all the details including views, add to carts, buy to view rate, … etc
4. Leverage data / insights for higher sales
With one single click, you can connect your Google Analytics account to Collection Sort and leverage data to sort products for your collections
